Similar to the scene that we just saw, Little john (played by Jamie Foxx) is training Robin Hood (played by Taron Egerton). Now, Robin is already a sharpshooter but he is becoming a better version of himself over this period. He is learning how to shoot three arrows in a single go. He is also learning how to judge situations by following patterns and adopting them. As you can see in the last part of the scene, he is quickly adapting to the situation and hits the last board without even seeing it.

What is Leadership Training?

Organizations spend huge amounts on training. Leadership training is crucial in any organization. All people are not equally trainable. Leadership training is more successful with individuals who have high self-monitor, these individuals have the flexibility to change their behavior.

For high leader effectiveness, an individual should have a vision, this training can teach implementation skills, and they can be trained to develop an understanding of content themes critical to effective vision. They can learn how to evaluate situations, this is taught under situational analysis training. How can one modifies situations to make them fit better to their style is an important task.
